History
The Harmony International School was founded on the auspicious day of Vasant Panchami in the year 2012. And there has been no looking back ever since. Each passing year has been a milestone for Harmony, which has grown steadily in the last decade; and today, it is a well-known name in the region.

School at a glance
The co-educational day and boarding private school, Harmony International is located in Chaurasia, Ramgarh in Kaimur District, and it caters to students in grades Nursery through 12. Affiliated to CBSE board, it is a 10-year-old school that embodies nature with its lush grass, diverse flora, and modern architecture. On the one hand, we are proud of our well-established reputation as a place where learning is empowering, progressive, and purposeful. On the other hand, we experience the enthusiasm of a beginner as each day that is well- executed increases our desire to discover, try, and absorb.
The school, which was established in 2012, is dedicated to encouraging intellectual curiosity and a lifelong pursuit of knowledge. We have (roughly) 1000 pupils in our student resource, and a sizeable number of effective and skilled teachers help these children prepare for life. Our 5-acre campus is home to hostel students in a welcoming and “homelike” dormitory as well as modernised libraries, audio-visual rooms, multipurpose halls, activity rooms, language labs, math labs, cafeterias, and well-equipped classrooms.
Message from the Director
“Education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel” so said a Greek scholar, and this is what we took up as our motivating line.
Harmony was born out of the sheer love we felt for our land and the children growing up there. The lack of good education was what pained us most. We took up this challenge of building a school which was not only brick and mortar but a place where life was nurtured. I realised that anything we consistently do gets simpler for us to accomplish—not because the thing itself changes, but rather because our capacity to do so grows.
Despite all roadblocks Harmony is growing steadily to make a mark in the field of education. We aim to provide holistic education. By giving them a variety of experiences and viewpoints, we will strive to help our students become global citizens who respect diversity, care for the environment, and build a peaceful society.
Harmony International School is run under the aegis of Harmony Education and Health Charitable Trust.
